     a. Dog walking (individual, group, on- or off-lead)
     b. Pet visits / drop-ins
     c. Dog daycare / overnight care / sitting
     d. Training, behaviour support, and handling
     e. Pet transport / collection & return
     f. Other related services as agreed

  2. The specific services, schedules, and fees will be agreed in writing (e.g. via email, booking form, contract) before provision.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  1. You must submit a booking request via our chosen booking method (website, phone, email, form, etc.).

  2. We will confirm your booking in writing (email/text) to make it binding.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion (e.g. capacity, safety concerns).

  4. For regular or recurring services, a standing agreement may apply (e.g. block bookings, weekly schedule).

3. Fees & Payment

  1. Fees for services will be provided to you in advance (e.g. via price list, quote).

  2. Payment must be made by the method agreed (e.g. bank transfer, card, cash) either in advance, on the day of service, or as otherwise stated.

  3. Failure to pay by due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

  4. Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect services already confirmed, unless mutually agreed.

4. Cancellations, Notice & Refunds

  1. You must cancel a booked service with at least 24 hours notice to avoid incurring full charges.

  2. If you cancel with less notice than required, you may be charged the full service fee.

  3. If we must cancel a service (e.g. due to staff illness, extreme weather, operational constraints), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer rescheduling or refund for the cancelled part.

  4. Prepaid packages or block bookings are generally non-refundable, but may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion.

5. Client Obligations & Pet Information

  1. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information about your pet(s), including:
     a. Name, breed, age, medical conditions, behaviour history
     b. Vaccination, flea, tick, and worming status
     c. Any recent changes in health, temperament, or treatment
     d. Emergency contact information

  2. You must supply appropriate equipment (collar, harness, lead, muzzle if needed, coat) in safe and serviceable condition.

  3. You must ensure access to your premises (keys, gate codes, fobs, instructions). If we are unable to gain access through no fault of ours, you may still be charged for the visit.

  4. You must notify us promptly of any changes (e.g. address, access, pet’s condition).

  5. You must ensure your pet is legally permitted to be walked or attended (e.g. licensing, microchipping, local rules).

6. Safety, Welfare & Liability

  1. We will take reasonable care of your pet, act in their best interest, and comply with any instructions provided.

  2. However, we cannot accept liability for loss, injury, illness, or death of your pet except where caused by proven negligence on our part.

  3. You accept responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss caused by your pet to people, property, or other animals while under our service.

  4. If your dog is involved in a fight or causes injury, you agree to be responsible for any resulting veterinary fees, legal costs, or damages.

  5. In emergencies, we may take your pet to a veterinary clinic. Where possible, we will contact you first. You agree to reimburse reasonable costs of emergency care.

  6. We hold suitable insurance covering public liability, care, custody and control, and may also hold key insurance where keys are entrusted to us.

7. Keys, Access & Security

  1. If you provide a key, access code, or other entry method, you trust us to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

  2. Keys and access details will be stored safely, not copied (unless with permission), and not shared with third parties.

  3. We will return keys or deactivate access when the service agreement ends or upon your request.

  4. We will secure premises as found (lock doors, gates, etc.) at the end of each visit.

8. Leash / Off-Lead Running Consent

  1. Where off-lead exercise is offered, you must explicitly consent and sign a waiver or agreement to enable such.

  2. If you do not consent, your pet will remain on-lead unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. Off-lead exercise is subject to safe conditions (e.g. secure area, no known hazards, no unacceptable behaviour).

9. Photos, Media & Marketing

  1. We may take photographs or videos of your pet during services, for internal records, promotion, or social media.

  2. No private or identifying personal data will be shared publicly.

  3. If you do not wish us to share images of your pet, you must notify us in writing or via booking forms.

  4. We reserve the right to use images for marketing, unless expressly prohibited by you.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failures to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, natural disaster, pandemics, local lockdowns, staff illness). In such cases, we will try to notify you and reschedule services where possible.

11. Termination & Suspension

  1. Either party may terminate the service agreement by giving reasonable notice.

  2. We may immediately suspend or terminate services if:
